For the last two years, our friend Tara (of Going Slowly bike touring fame) has been writing a cookbook just for bike tourists.

After months of hard work, Bike. Camp. Cook. is  now ready for pre-order through a Kickstarter campaign. Here’s the video that explains all about her project.

We helped Tara to edit the book in the earlier stages of her work, and we recently saw the finished result. It’s beautiful. If the recipes are half as inspiring as the photos (we’re sure they are!), the book should definitely provide you with plenty of tasty meals at your campsite in the years to come.
