A Bike Touring Year In Numbers

Cycling In MalaysiaOn September 4th, 2009 we completed our 3rd year of constant bike touring – the last of our trip around the world by bicycle.

To tell the story of one year of cycling, we’ve put together a little video slideshow of some of our favourite pictures and a few crucial numbers. Enjoy!

Great slide show, guys! I hadn’t thought to count all the cups of coffee I’ve enjoyed on the road so far (I’m in my 3rd year of travel too)….guess I’d better get started!

Great slide show … we may steal the idea when we get home! Now that you are close to home, are you having flashbacks from your years on the road? It’s only be 16 months for us, and I’m reliving the ups and downs with every pedal stroke on the road home!

Wow!! What memories you are both going to have. It was a pleasure and an honour to have you spend time with us in NZ.
Big Hugs & safe travels for the short remaining time on the road.
    Jenny & Jim 🙂

Wow – what stories you’re going to be able to tell in years to come. I hope we get to hear some in person sometime soon. Any plans to come back to the UK (even for a flying visit)? If not, we’ll just have to come over there and hunt you down! 😉 V&A.x
