Heinz Stücke, perhaps the world’s most famous bike tourist, with nearly 600,000km under his wheels, has a new website.
On www.heinzstucke.com you can read about his life, listen to an excerpt of a BBC radio interview, get his impressions about the countries where he’s travelled and see photographs from this epic 48-year journey.
More will be added to the website over the coming weeks, including about 3,000 slides which have yet to be scanned.
