We first met Frank through the internet, then in real life when he asked if he could join us for a week of cycling in Tasmania. At first we were a bit nervous about whether we would get along or not but soon after he walked off the plane, our concerns melted away. Frank has a great sense of humour and a wonderful attitude to life. A few days of cycling with us only whetted his appetite for more adventure. In November 2009, Frank took off for 9 months of cycling around Asia.
