Yesterday was a typically hot summer day, and we didn’t feel like cooking much at all.

Then, we remember that a friend of ours had told us how Spinach Salad was his supper standby. A quick Google search and we found this recipe and this one.

Now, my food photography skills are a bit rusty, but here’s what we ended up with. And darn tasty it was too! I think we’ll follow our friend’s lead, and make Spinach Salad our standard summer meal as well.
