Kathy has been riding her bike long distances since 1994. She’s cycled the Santa Fe Trail, biked throughout New England, spun along the Natchez Trace, pedaled the Lewis and Clark Trail, and cycled the length of the Mississippi River. In 2000, she took 2 months to go cross-country from California to Virginia and wrote a book called “How Big Are The Pancakes?” about the journey.
