“I had an idea, bought a cheap bike and set off laden with camping gear. Our trip started in Norwich, UK to the Hook of Holland and then crossed France. We arrived in Barcelona, got mugged then carried on south along the coast to Murcia, Spain. It was September, cold and wet most of the way. We free camped the best part of the journey.”
“We felt our best stretch was through the Limousin region of France so we bought a farmhouse in Oradour Sur Vayres with views and have decided to build our own , as we feel too many sites are over stressed and spoilt (commercialized). we can supply tents and now building a tepee. Come and give us a look. I’m now riding a Surly Crosscheck and planning our next trip.”
