Mark is from France, and he’s cycling around the world. He’s in his 60s and by autumn 2010 had covered 41,000km.

His route has taken him across Canada, through America, into Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, Martinique, China and now Europe.

He still has Asia and the Pacific to go, on a journey that will take him until 2013 to complete.
