Click here to start the SlideshowA very Happy New Year to all our friends and family! We wish everything wonderful for you as we continue on our journey in 2008. We enjoyed ringing in the New Year in Gaziantep, Turkey, sampling their sugar-saturated baklava, washed down with a beer or two. In a few days we’ll be in Iran and we’re excited about that but we also have so many wonderful memories from the past year. Here are some of our favourite photos from the last twelve months. With your stories you gave us the feeling being with you on the road (without feeling the cold and the hard saddle). Thank you for the interesting travelogue and a Happy New Year!

I loved the photos … it would have been nice to have the country listed in the captions, as I don’t know where some of the places where :( .

Loved your photos! Good to see you are still enjoying your travels. I had sampled your website last year when my husband and I were planning on fitting a four week bike/camping trip into our six weeks in Europe. You make me long for the life on the road. May your new year bring fantastic adventure.
